Login issues
Having trouble logging in for the first time
The correct course does not appear in My WebCT
When I enter the course, it seems empty or incomplete

You've logged on, but the WebCT quiz or test won't start
You've logged on but the test is missing or unavailable
How do I move to the next question?
There aren't any "Save Answer" or "Next Question" buttons at the bottom of the question
Looks like some of your answers were not accepted
It says there's an image in the question, but you can't see it
The photo or figure is fuzzy or too small to see clearly
Your online test disappears suddenly
The browser "crashes" when you submit your test for grading
You complete your test, but the grade does not appear in My Grades
Only 28 questions appear on your test when you expected 50 questions
Your score is lower than the number of correct items on your test or quiz
Your grade (or items marked wrong) has changed since the last time you looked at it
Past attempts no longer appear on the quiz page (cannot view previous attempts)
Forgot to view or print your past attempts
Didn't complete your test before the time frame (dates of availability) expired
Gradebook issues
You complete your test, but the grade does not appear in My Grades

My Grades reports F for my Course Grade, but my average is much higher!
What is "Pts to A" in My Grades?
My grade is 90% but WebCT shows that I have a B
Other issues
Links to outside websites (lionden.com) will not work
"Navigation canceled" error when linking to lionden.com pages or other pages outside of WebCT
The tests and quizzes (and other stuff) don't look like our course
I don't know how to upload my paper to WebCT
