Your grade (or items marked wrong) has changed since the last time you looked at it
If I discover that there is a grading error while the test time frame is still in progress —and it does happen every so often—then I will change the grading program immediately. I will also re-grade everyone's test immediately. That means that if you've taken your first attempt already, and looked at your grade, your grade (and items marked wrong) may change when I re-grade it with the corrected answer key. Because it is confusing and frustrating to students when I leave grading errors remain on the answer key, I've found that this is the best scheme for all concerned.
So it's important to go over your test and find the correct answers to items you missed. If you believe that there is an item that was mis-graded (including items marked wrong that are really correct AND items that are marked as correct but they are really wrong) then you need to let me know as soon as possible so I can update the key immediately.
It's not a bad idea to double check the grading of your previous attempt before beginning each new attempt at an online test.
